Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Fluxiq SRL ("Fluxiq", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our website and AI automation services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Fluxiq provides AI automation consulting, workflow automation, custom language model development, AI agent creation, document processing, and related technology services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

We offer discovery calls through our online booking system to assess your automation needs and provide tailored recommendations. These initial consultations are provided at no cost and do not create a binding service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our contact forms, booking system, or engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens provided to you.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fluxiq SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Custom solutions, AI models, and automation workflows developed for clients remain the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. Fluxiq retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential methodologies gained during engagements.

Payment terms, including pricing, payment schedules, and accepted methods, are specified in individual project proposals and contracts. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated.

Setup fees are due upon contract signing. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the beginning of each service period. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the applicable contract, and we reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxiq SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Fluxiq in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, we will provide you with all deliverables completed up to the termination date and return or delete your data as specified in our data retention policy, unless retention is required by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
